मनातल्या वादळाची घुसमट....

जेव्हा आपण मनात बरच काही साठवुन ठेवतो, तेव्हा आपल्या मनात त्याचं-त्याचं गोष्टींचं वादळ उठत राहतं..... काहीजण ते व्यक्त करून, त्या वादळाला शांत करतात....मग ते वक्त करण्याचं माध्यम काहीही असू शकतं... कुणी व्हॉट्स ऍप ल स्टेटस ठेवतात, तर कुणी लिखाणाच्या सहायाने व्यक्त होतात... माध्यम काहिका असेना, पण व्यक्त होणं फार महत्त्वाचं... आपल्या आयुष्यात ना, बरीच माणसं असतात.. त्यातील काही खास आपण न बोलताही आपल्या मनाची व्यथा अगदी अचूक समजून घेतात, अश्या माणसांना कधीही दूर लोटू नका  ... आयुष्य खरचं खूप सुंदर आहे...इतरांना तर प्रेम द्याच, पण स्वतः वरती प्रेम करायला मात्र विसरू नका... Love yourself and say love you zindagi...life is so beautiful...so stay happy and keep smiling 😊
