Sometimes we are very annoyed with our own behavior, our daily routine. when there is no reason at all.in such case we just need to be alone, that's ok. it doesn't mean anything wrong with you, or even that anything's wrong in your life. Spending time with yourself really works like a medicine. sometimes you need to create the space to soul search, think, rest and just BE.
You don't have to apologize for needing or taking this space, it's part of what makes you a happy.
